so it's come to this

after 19 years, i've finally come to terms with the fact that my dad is verbally and emotionally abusive-
what was the thing that set off the lightbulbs? he just yelled at me for 15 minutes, about how i ate all the sliced cheese (over the course of 1 week btw and not to mention before that i was only eating PB sandwiches) and that i'm a pig, that i'm ungrateful and how i'm a 'fucking moron' because i forgot to make a grocery list.
then devolved into another 10 minutes of just calling me names and how 'i would never do it but i wish i could hit you'
